Kontakt, Battery 4, Komplete Kontrol not recalling properly after upgrade
We have just moved from PC to Mac and all was working properly on PC with windows 10. Pro Tools. We were working on a number of records and recalling 20 sessions with all VI's and plugins no problems. We have been working for weeks to migrate and reinstall everything to the new 2019 Mac Pro Intel system, running OS 13.6 and all the latest Native access installers. Everything is installed correctly we believe and everything has scanned standalone and should be able to find the needed samples for patches. But almost all NI created instruments using samples are not found and are missing samples. We rescan for the patch manually and direct it to the folder and still there are a bunch of missing samples. Battery 4 also will invariably say that it is missing all kinds of samples that are not even related to the actual patch. We have tried all the troubleshooting that we can find online and has been no help. Why are NI instruments acting so badly? Everything else in our system is behaving as it should? We have a substantial investment financially and in time and creativity and can not work professionally using your products with such bad support for them. We really need some help from you guys. Pease, Please help us.

As you may understand, Windows and Mac has a completely different way to handle folders, so it is impossible for a software to find samples on folders that don't actually exist. Even if the folder names are exactly the same, still, the structure is different.
One quick example:
Windows: \Users\user\Documents\Native Instruments
Mac: /Library/Native Instruments/
You can see the structure, is completely different, thus your samples can not be found.
You need to relocate them all, one by one, library by library, bank by bank, kit by kit etc. and save them again, one by one. If you don't save them, next time you open the software, the problem will be still there.
It is not a Native Instruments fault (or bug).
