Can't install libraries - Download failed

Hi,

I still get the download failed error across various libraries. No matter what I have done, even reinstalling Windows for the third time, Native Access refuses to let the download continue. The download process always fails at the very same point (E.g., 27.38GB out of X GB).

I have got a sense of what the problem is, but if anyone has a creative solution while I wait for the support, please try to help me out. It's been like this for weeks now!!

Only thing I can suggest: check if the installation path is not too long.

Sometimes if the path is very long (folders under folders under folders) it can cause the installations to be stuck

Nope not really. Just F://. It's an external drive. Nothing special.

Also: are you sure you have enough space on the drive for the downloaded file AND the installation? Being it a very large library (you say it gets stuck at 27 GB) you must take in consideration that for a brief time the space needed is almost double, since the installation file gets deleted only after the installation has finished.

Therefore, e.g. for a library of 40 Gb you’ll probably need almost (or more) than 80 Gb free

For sure. I had to install this bundle a few times before. Everything was fine. There's a severe backend damage of some sort, nothing with my machine is wrong, I just had hopes to be able to bypass it until Jeremy or Hayo provide a response regarding the issue.
