    This should go away on restart but there is a known bug for some users. Until the bug is fixed, the solution is to install the last Native Access version from here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

    My N.A. ran into it (on Version 3.6.0) and I installed it from the above link - unfortunately, it now shows the hourglass on a black background saying "Loading Products".

    Is it expected to take that long after upgrading manually to 3.7.0 - it does it now for 2 minutes already!?

    ...after restarting the PC, N.A. started an installer and installed some new components to fulfill dependencies. Then it launched and brought up the advertising pane on the left (far too dominant) and the UPDAPES page on the right.

    Hence, it is working again (v 3.7.0).

    To the N.I. staff: Can't we just be spared from receiving ads in your apps, please?

    I bought several products of yours and I am happy to receive mails with ads and sales, but inside the apps? NO!
