Komplete Kontrol not auditioning certain sounds

I am running KK on my Mac Mini 2020 and it is not auditioning certain sounds when I am scrolling through looking for sounds. After double clicking on the sound it does load and i can play it with my Midi keyboard however it just makes things a little slower.

I seemed to have narrowed it down to reaktor elements 2

any advice would be appreciated

Is Reaktor Elements 2 old library? I mean very old. Prehear has been introduced 5 years ago, or so... It might not support much older stuff.....

If you want to delete a library then look under

Macintosh HD/Library/Preferences

The files you need to delete are formatted like this: com.native-instruments.<produkt name>.plist

Just delete the libraries you don't want to see in your KK browser, then rescan the Library again in the Preferences of Komplete Kontrol.

There's a Previews package in Native Access for previews on ancient stuff. I'm not sure what makes it available since I know I didn't have it in there before getting Komplete. It's not possible to install preview library, it never finishes installing in Native Access, manual attempt shows the archive is corrupt, so it can't finish the install
