Traktor Pro 3: Issue Loading on to stopped deck

Hello,
Native Instruments Customer service, I can’t able to ride ticket or reach out to you regarding a recurring issue I have been experiencing with Traktor Pro 3. During my live performances, I have encountered a frustrating bug where the software stops loading tracks onto a stopped deck,
I have noticed that I am not the only one facing this problem, as I have come across numerous complaints online from other users experiencing the same issue. This leads me to believe that there may be a widespread bug within the software that needs to be addressed urgently.
As a customer of Native Instruments, I am requesting that you take immediate action to investigate and resolve this issue. I rely on Traktor Pro 3 for my live performances, and it is crucial that the software functions properly to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for myself and my audience.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

Just happened to me. Been using Traktor since 2009. Never happened before. Am using 3.10 because I can't stand that the initial beat grid marker that is set on analysis is locked and has to be deleted and replaced to be moved. I am on a Macbook Pro 2023 M3 using an external mixer (Rane 2015mp). Didn't think quickly enough to try undoing the setting. Hate random ******.
Would also like NI to bring back the clock!

yeah the clock is an issue. NI confirmed to me it's a Sonoma bug and they're "working on it". Or at least "aware of it".

Looks like that's why loaded track without protection statred playing immediately

ANY SOLUTION?0 -
Since this bug has been insisting for the past 10 years - easily - and when dj-ing live we're all scared to leave unticked the option ''load into stopped deck only'' (for obvious reasons), why doesn't NI come up with an option when you have ''load into stopped deck'' unticked…like a flashing warning, that pops up, saying :
Are you sure you want to load new song into deck playing?
That would save us all from SO MUCH trouble, as we're all terrified of accidentally loading into, the deck playing, with a new song. It happens.
At least that way, we can continue our gig with less anxiety and stress, without having to restart our computer in the middle of the gig. If we had that warning, I'm sure it would be less of a sweat from all of us.
Can someone bring this to NI's ATTENTION?

I'm pretty sure that 3.x version would never been fixed or investigated for this issue.
Once again it happens on the last gig0 -

I'm so used to it now, I am almost past caring. I would like to see it fixed but I may be pushing up daisies before a fix sees the light of day.

You mention that the track continues to play automatically (on loading) which sounds like the "stop playback at the end of the track" setting. Which I never have disabled and also never had this issue and use Traktor probably more than it's developers. Just a thought though - could be something completely different.

Hi there!
I came accross this issue a couple of times since I upgraded to 4.01 this summer. Now I am on 4.1.1 on a Macbook Pro M1 8Gb (Sonoma 14.7.4).
The solution I found working for me is prugging the usb cable of my controller (Traktor S3) to my usb hub before opening Traktor Pro 4. I haven't had an issue since.
Hope this helps you too.

Happened to me last night mid gig. I disabled and then f***ed a track load onto the wrong deck (loaded the next main track onto existing main track while I had 2 others going - sounded baaaaaad )
I know we need to be "careful" to not load the wrong decks…. but ******. Its a basic feature and we all hit these issues when at a slightly higher stress moment. These basic guard rails are what gives us the freedom to be creative with our performance - which is why I use traktor instead of mixing 2 tracks back to back without any.
Can we fix this please!0
