No instruments displayed in Native Access

Hello all,
since this morning Native Access does not show any instruments for me. Neither can I see the ones already installed, nor are available ones displayed. Only three third-party instruments are displayed. As a result, I can't access any NI plugin or instrument in the DAW either. A support request remained unanswered so far.
I am correctly logged in, can also see all purchased products on the NI website, use Native Access 2 (though obviously white by now to cause the greatest possible confusion) with Ventura 13.5.1 and have of course activated full disk access. Until yesterday, everything worked fine and I have not made any changes to the system in the meantime.
Does anyone have an idea what else I could do? I currently can't continue working on any production because the plugins are missing everywhere.

For me the solution has been to install Native Access 1 additionally and suddenly everything worked again...
