I can't purchase a product because my billing address is a PO Box

So far my interaction with Native Instruments is disappointing. I'm trying to purchase a product. My billing address is attached to my credit card. Native instruments does not accept PO Boxes. I'm not having the product shipped to me, I plan to download it. What is up with the PO Box issue and why can I not get a hold of anybody? Will this be a problem in the future getting help?

Wouldn't have thought a PO box address would cause an issue but you may need to submit a ticket to the sales department for further assistance
