I can't purchase a product because my billing address is a PO Box

So far my interaction with Native Instruments is disappointing. I'm trying to purchase a product. My billing address is attached to my credit card. Native instruments does not accept PO Boxes. I'm not having the product shipped to me, I plan to download it. What is up with the PO Box issue and why can I not get a hold of anybody? Will this be a problem in the future getting help?

Wouldn't have thought a PO box address would cause an issue but you may need to submit a ticket to the sales department for further assistance

Many people use PO Boxes as their billing address. Sweetwater, MFriend and all Amazon, Wal-Mart etc in the world allow PO Boxes for billing except you guys. I live in a rural town of 1000 people as there are millions in the US that do. We have no valid USPS addresses so we are forced into PO boxes. Either put all of your products on Sweetwater or somewhere or miss out on sales. Great product but your old school payment method needs a change. All of my credit cards and debit are PO Box billing address and we cannot receive USPS mail to our physical address which the USPS does not recognize.
