My PC won't detect my s49

I was using my s49 and maschine mikro on the maschine 2 software a couple of days ago and they were working completely fine when all of a sudden, when I pressed ctrl+z, the s49 stopped working.

Now the keyboard has this fading lights effect (kind of a screennsaver thing) but none of the screens light up. I tried everything and searched everywhere but I can't seem to find an existing solution.

Has it happened to anybody else or amb I alone in this?

Yeah, I tried every single step, unfortunately nothing fixed the issue.

@J-Valiente Have you tried on another computer? this would be the ultimate test, then it's definitely a hardware problem. Let me know and I'll update the request you submitted to speed up the process.

Yes, I tried connecting it on a laptop and It didn't detect it either.

Ensure that the S49 is properly connected to your PC. Double-check all cables and connectors to make sure they are securely plugged in.
