I can't find the product, Komplete 14 Ultimate, I bought.

I've been asking for help for a few days, but I can't get help from support yet. I paid for Komplete 14 Ultimate. In my NI account, Komplete 14 Ultimate is in my order history. But in Native access, there is not. In my NI account, they didn't provide serial numbers. And in the email confirmation, they say they will send me a link and serial numbers in a separate email. However, they haven't sent it to me yet. What is going on? I want you to check my account. There is no serial numbers in the section for Komplete. How can I download it? No instruction? I need to use the software. Please, help me.

    It is finally available to be downloaded now! Phew! Yes, I used my USA credit card.
