    Hi

I stumbled onto this discussion today, and after researching to near insanity, finally seems like someone else is having similar issues to mine. Received the KK S61 keyboard about a week and a half ago, and been having issues with controlling the mixer, mute, solo and pan tracks in Logic Pro with the KK keyboard. I am on a Mac Studio running Logic (10.7.8) with everything updated. The behaviour is very inconsistent. In a session I may be able to mute/sole/pan/volume one or two tracks, then the following track is non responsive to the same commands and so on. Some sessions are non responsive with any of those functions on any of the tracks. Here are all the troubleshooting I have done with no change to the issues:

*Full Disc Access to everything Native Instruments and Logic (including NIHardwareAgent/NTKDeamon/NIHostintegrationAgent, are also on the "Open at Login" list)

    *Reset Control Surface Preferences

    *Trashed: com.apple.logic.pro.cs/com.apple.logic10.plist/com.native-instruments.Komplete Kontrol.plist

    * Made sure I opened Komplete Control in standalone before loading it up as an instrument in Logic

*In Logic, I made sure the KK keyboard is in its own Control Surfaces Group and at the top. Also tried deleting it from Control Surfaces list and adding it manually.

*All the necessary boxes have been checked in Komplete Kontrol (Standalone) Midi Preferences

I have also contacted NI Support on the 26th of June, ran the NI Support Tool, sent it back and haven't been contacted since. (stunned picture goes here....) Any help would be greatly appreciated and muchly welcomed. Thanks in advance.

    Regards....Billy

@Jeremy_NI Perhaps I was unclear. For me the problem is only with Software Instrument Tracks too. Same as OP.

My OS is Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82) on an M1. The problem is the same in Rosetta and Arm. Deleting the files mentioned didn't change anything other than initialising Logic Pro. The A61's behaviour returned with the same issue. Komplete Kontrol and Logic both have full disk access.

I reverted to an earlier version of Logic Pro and had the same issue with the A61. I'm wondering if this might be a bug with Komplete Kontrol (version 2.9.4). I updated recently and didn't have this issue before.

I’m on holidays for the moment. As soon I’m back, I’ll also try with a S49 mk1.

@Bl23 I've escalted your ticket, someone should get back to you as soon as possible. Sorry for the wait. In the meantime, can you check if the issue is also happening on audio tracks or is it just with software instrument/midi tracks?

The issue has now been fixed for me in the last Logic Pro update (10.7.9).

@Flou242 @Bl23 Does 10.7.9 fix it for you too?
