Can’t register…plus 45 min to load

Ok, I’m having a heck of a time with Native Access. I’m using it on a Mac with an i9 processor and 32 gb of ram.

it takes over 45 min to load the instruments. The wheel just spins and spins.

When I try to enter a serial number for my software, it kicks back an error message stating it was unable to register.

please help!

    Hi @Rsigler3 are the issues resolved after you delete xml files or follow the steps on this page as our support team suggested?
