Kontakt does not load instruments

I recently upgraded my cpu and motherboard and made a fresh install of Windows 11, and I also upgraded my Kontakt to Complete Collectors edition v14.

I'm using latest version of FL Studio 21.

After this upgrade all my projects created to this date wont load any instruments.

Kontakt 6 will load, but without any instruments, and it is same for Massive, it wont load any presets.

Is this a vst2 vs vst3 problem? because I see Kontakt 6, 7 and Massive are vst3 only.

There is no way I can remember all Massive presets I used in the past and exactly what instruments and settings I used in Kontakt, there must be some workaround for this right?

If you created your projects with the VST2 versions, then most possible this is the problem. Yet i can't understand why, since it supposed that all those instruments migrate automatically from VST2 to VST3. I see many posts in the forum reporting exactly the same problem so i wonder if this is an FL Studio bug and not Native instruments.

Check here my answer for a possible solution:

About finding your old presets, there is a way. Open your FL project with a Notepad editor. There is lot of code there, but there are also names. If you make a search on the open document for "Massive" you will find the name of the used preset. ;-) I must say that i don't have or use FL Studio, so i don't know how a flp project looks like, but i used this method on Cubase projects last year, when i replaced most of my VST2 plugins with their VST3 version, and it helped me on many cases to find out presets that i couldn't remember.
