Izotope crossgrade issue for K14 Ultimate owner

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and NI. I just purchased a NI hardware bundle (MASCHINE), it comes with K14 Select and K14 Ultimate upgrade. All my products are found registered in my NI account.

but when I tried to purchase an izotope crossgrade for Music Production SUITE 5 it says I'm not eligible for it. Even though it does say "available for K8-14 Ultimate users". same issue happened when I go check the crossgrade for Ozone 10 Advanced, which I should be 100% eligible with. Now I'm very confused.

I have seen several posts in the forum having similar issues, and NI team members said it will be fixed, so I assume this haven't been fixed? or I'm not eligible for both crossgrade?
