Keeping Komplete even if we transfer hardware?

Why would they let us keep Komplete select for HW if we transfer a product?

What's the reason behind that? I'm not complaining. I'm just curious.

It could be for a few reasons

1. They figure we will probably upgrade our accounts and perhaps purchase a full version of Komplete

2. It's too much of a hassle to give people Komplete select and then take it away, I imagine because of the mess that happened before with people not correctly transferring the hardware and software etc.

3. They are just super dope?
