I finally upgraded to complete collectors! but I get this message: missing product system base

Well, yesterday I registered komplete 14 ultimate, all good, now I can download my products from native access. Then I decided to upgrade to the komplete collectors, still everything was fine, I received the serial, the kollectors products appear in native access, but when I register it, it tells me missing product base
Now, the komplete 14 ultimate I bought with a us address, and komplete collectors I bought with a mexico address.
do you think that is the problem?
What I can do? return it and then buy it again? And if so, how long would the refund take?

It looks like you ordered the wrong K14 UCE, you got the update instead of the upgrade. I've re-opened your recent support ticket, my colleagues should get back to you.
