How to get support to contact me to return or replace a defective controller?

I reported to support, opening several tickets, and have not recieved any emails except the ticket numbers.

I bought a Machine Mk3 and it arrived but has never booted, I bought and tried a new usb but its not a cable problem. The controller has never worked.

Please someone help me with this. I've been waiting weeks for help with this.
