Been waiting 5 days on a ticket to retrieve some serials on items previously ordered (and removed from my account) I am now planning to sell.

Hoping someone from NI see's this and can help?

    The Purchasing and Logistic departments are currently a bit underwater due to a large backlog and staffing issues.

    I have just escalated your request and marked it as high priority.

    Someone should pick it up soon.

    Hi @Rich_NI, I have tried numerous times to get a refund for a wrongly purchased item and now am well past the 14 day return time frame I have now waited for 6 days following multiple attempts to connect. Can you please escalate my ticket too? (Ticket 3942768)
