Waiting for my license transfer

Hello,

I'm looking for someone from support who can help me, I bought a used Maschine plus, but the license transfer code is still not being created by native instruments. can you help me?

    It looks like you've sent your request a couple of hours ago. Please allow our team to check and process the transfer. Unfortunately, only they can take care of these types of requests.

    hello yes. I sent the request a few hours ago, but the seller sent it on Saturday. you can check directly from the serial I sent

    It may take few hours, it may take 2-3 days, weekends not counting in.

    Generally, it is much better to have Licence Transfer resolved before starting the sale.... It makes things faster.... And less troubles.
