Hi, After creating a support ticket (# 3594388) i got an auto-answer implying i asked for Battery 1-3 support which isn't supported anymore. But i never asked for that, i asked for Battery 4 support. Does that mean my ticket won't get processed? Thanks

How do I translate the Abbey Road Drums to Finale?
I am trying to take the MIDI Cubase and translate it to Finale. But when I do it doesn't map to either the General MIDI map OR the Abbey Road map I was given. I get nothing but really low out of range notes in Finale. What do I do?

Battery searching for samples that were never even a part of my kit
Hi Battery 4 every time is searching for samples that were never even a part of my kit. I choose "Abort Loading" and theyre all there and I can play them fine but it makes me do this EVERYTIME I re-open the Logic Pro project. I have tried re-saving the kit in all different formats. Pls help

Can't import sound files to Battery
I want to import my own sounds to Battery but nothing is showing up under "Workspace". I know normally external harddrives show up but I'm no longer using any. Is there a way for my internal harddrive can show up? Or can I just drag an audio file into there somehow? Attaching screenshot.
