Battery 4/Kontakt 7 Freezes

Hello,

I've tried looking for someone with this issue but haven't found a solution yet.

When working with Battery 4 and Kontakt 7, they will occasionally freeze for a few seconds, then release all the MIDI notes that I have hit since then all at once. It really breaks the immersion and it gets frustrating when I'm using it as a live application.

Is there a setting I can change that would prevent this? Is my computer not able to handle the programs? Thanks in advance for the help!

Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz

Good one but quiet old... try to increase latency from card's settings, if it's too low, increase it to 256 or 512 and see if there is any difference.

Your computer power seems very capable to handle those, so it could be your audio interface or its settings (latency etc). What kind of audio card you use?
