Can't submit a ticket for support
I'm looking at upgrading my Komplete package and the upgrade path is only selecting a much older version. I've been through the auto support several times and it just takes me back to the start without giving me the option to raise a ticket. Tried 2 browsers, same thing.

Can you please update Alicia Keys - It takes forever to load?
As described in the title. Why does Alicia Keys take over 1 minute to load (maybe slightly less) It takes a massive amount of time, once loaded its finem switching presets, its just the initial load. There is something not right with it?

Can I use "KOMPLETE AUDIO 6 mk2" with Mac Studio M2 Max?

Found this in a drawer from years back, seems to power on okay with USB but I can't get my Mac to recognise it's plugged in. I have downloaded the most recent device updater for the Mk1 but again it doesn't seem to see that it's plugged in. Any help appreciated!

Had a question - decided to stick with Akai instead !
After reading about 6 posts I believe my question is no longer needed.. The solution is simple. stick with Akai. There is a reason they cost more. They just work, you do not need customer support.
