Another voucher problem

Hi I am trying to redeem the £45 loyalty voucher emailed on June 7th on a Komplete Collector’s Edition Upgrade from Komplete 12 Ultimate. The voucher code SUMMER24_GBP returns an “internal server error” message. Any idea on what is happening and how I can resolve this issue?

Same here: everything works on the site but when it comes to voucher redeeming: internal server error
