Hi! I have uninstalled Battery 4, deleted all files, including the Service Center .xml file.

Yet Battery 4 still shows up on Komplete Kontrol. Anyone?

Have you rescanned the product library and the plugins in the prefernces of Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

If that doesn't work, then try resetting the database: Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database

    Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database

    1. Go to the following location on your computer:
Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
    2. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    3. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
    4. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.

Hi Jeremy, thank you for the quick reply. I rescanned the product library and the plugins in the preferences of Komplete Kontrol.

Initialized the database by deleting the Komplete Kontrol folder in Library/users/applicationsupport and also in hidden library. When the database is built back, Battery will unfortunetely show up again.

Well, that means some Battery files are still there somewhere. Please double check this list: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer Especially the user library (that's hidden)?
