S61 MK3, K. Select and Ableton Live Lite missing

recently got myself an S61 MK3, it come bundles with lots of nice stuff, including Komplete 14 Select and Ableton Live Lite, but the two i've just mentioned seem to be missing.

What am i doing wrong, cannot find them anywhere.

    Register your hardware with Native Instruments. If already done look in your account → My products and serials. There should be listed something like „KOMPLETE 14 SELECT for HW“. Within Native Access there is no Komplete 14 Select listed. You will find the included products listed separately. At least for me it is this way.

    Regarding Ableton Live Lite you should have got an E-Mail with instructions to get it. You may have to look in your spam folder. Otherwise contact NI support.

    I've registered the hardware when i got it, just had a look in products, Komplete 14 is not listed.

    Other software is listed? Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt 7 and Guitar Rig 7 LE are also part of the software bundle. Is the hardware itself listed in "My products and serials"? May try to register it once again.

    I think this has to be sorted out by NI support. Usually it should be there.

    just had a look in products, Komplete 14 is not listed

    Be sure to check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , if you registered the keyboard then it should say something like KOMPLETE KONTROL S61 MK3 HW and if so then also on page KOMPLETE 14 SELECT for S-SERIES . And I believe that you also should get Kontakt 7 Pro with the Series MK3 (?). In Native Access the it will not say Komplete Select it will only list the products that Select consists of.

    If you have registered the hardware and did not get the Komplete Select for S-Series then contact N.I. Account Support
