Guitar Rig 7 output unable to hear

hi my guitar rig 7 pro output seems to be picking up the sounds from my bass but i cant hear the live. any fix?

    Show us your audio interface setup. To hear anything - you will need to have some physical outputs assigned.

    Yes also more info is needed, like what DAW was used, etc…

    its from my bass to audio interface and the audio interface is connected to my pc via usb. my headphones are connected from my pc 3.5mm audio jack

    not using any DAWs at the moment i just wanted to use guitar rig 7 as like a way to listen to what im playing.
    not sure if this helps but here what my guitar rig 7 settings for input and output are

    You are one of several people over the course of last few weeks coming here about the same problem. GR7 only works with one audio interface for input and output. You will not hear anything through your computer 3.5mm output, unless:

    a) your DAW can have different audio interfaces configured for input and output

    b) you create aggregate audio device (Mac only).

    If you don’t use a DAW and use GR7 standalone and you’re on PC, you HAVE TO use audio outputs of M-Audio, either line out or headphones to hear the signal.
