Komplete 13 ultimate, can not find all plugins. Mac

I currently have Komplete thirteen ultimate but can't use them all because some of the plugins I can't seem to find on my Mac and I have tried contacting Native instruments to talk me through any solution but use get the usual screen shot and was that helpful, well no, and it's been ongoing for about six months.I suppose this is a CALL TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP

    • Please give us examples of what you can't seem to find.
    • Please also give us a couple of examples of things that work fine.
    • Are they missing in standalone? Or in Komplete Kontrol? Or are they missing in your DAW?
    • What is your DAW and what version?
    • Also, what does Native Access tell you about these missing plugins?
    • What version of Native Access are you using? What version of Komplete Kontrol? Which Mac OS are you using?
    • What NI hardware to you use and what version? (example, Maschine, A61, S88 MK 3, other)
    • When did you install Komplete 13?
    • Did the missing plugins ever work, or is this something that just recently broke?

    If you are not very computer savvy then you might need the 'real world' assistance of someone more experienced. Nobody here can magically make your problem vanish. Also , as already asked by BIF , then the forum will need a lot more information to even try to assist !

    @Lee man Any update? Some people spent time trying to help. I see you contacted support some time ago but never got back to their first reply, if something that our support agents propose as a solution doesn't work, you need to tell them, so they can troubleshoot further.

    Thanks for reaching out to me. I really do need 'real world' assistance because I am not so computer savvy and I have tried the subjects listed in the support section many times trying to rectify the problem. I saw this as another way of connecting with someone who can help, I think that there maybe others in this situation who feel stuck and may abandon NI altogether if they can't find anyway out of there predicament. I have wanted to upgrade to unlimited 14 but I can't until this problem is fixed. I must say that Native Instruments have the best Hardware (I have two of your Keyboards) and software I have seen but have not been able to take advantage of them. It is difficult to get across the problems I'm having when you can't speak to someone

    I have tried to put across the problems I'm having with screen shots of my Mac but this does not seem to help that's why I have turned to the community for help.

    @Lee man Is it the same if you open Kontakt in standalone?

    If you go to Native Access, these libraries that show with an exclamation mark here, do they show as installed? Do they have a little exclamation mark next to them, asking for repair?

    Did you move files after installing your Kontakt libraries?

    In native access they show up as installed and about eleven have open beside them none of them say repair.

    I have not knowingly moved any files but about six have shown up on launch pad on my Mac
