Another voucher problem
Hi I am trying to redeem the £45 loyalty voucher emailed on June 7th on a Komplete Collector’s Edition Upgrade from Komplete 12 Ultimate. The voucher code SUMMER24_GBP returns an “internal server error” message. Any idea on what is happening and how I can resolve this issue?

S61 missing products
I recently got myself an S61 MK3, it come bundles with lots of nice stuff, including Komplete 14 Select and Ableton Live Lite, but the two i've just mentioned seem to be missing. What am i doing wrong, cannot find them anywhere. Regards

Upgrade from Komplete 14 Select to Colector's Edition
Hello, I have a question before I buy Komplete 14 with the 50% deal with Summer of Sound. Do I save any money if I buy Komplete 14 Standard and I upgrade to the Collector's Edition or is it the same price as if I buy Collector's Edition right away? I doesn't say how much the upgrade costs from Standard to CE. Thanks

Instruments not loading on tracks
Upgraded to the latest KK, opened track to finish and some instruments don't play. When I open KK to look why, they are not loaded - issue is I have no idea what they were as I don't (stupidly, nor necasserily had to) name them! I've tried rolling back KK, deleting dB file and still no joy. Strangley the instrument loads…

I bought Guitar Rig 7 pro and Noire yesterday. I was able to download Noire but Guitar Rig 7 never transfered in Native Access. I tried entering the serial number, it said the code worked but still its not visible in the ''not intalled'' tab. Can you help me please?

Hi, I've purchased a Komplete Audio 2 and can't get sound.
I can see the input led's working but can't get any sound to my speakers or headphones. In fact while the USB lead is connected to the computer there is no sound even when using other applications such as youtube. I unplug it and everything goes back to normal. I'm using windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.
