My samples are on an external drive from komplete 12. What is the easiest way to know what libraries to download (new assets). Native access doesn't seem to help figure that out. I know I'll have to download all instruments.

Not sure I understand the question.

If by "samples" you mean your Komplete 12 libraries - AND you are simply upgrading to Komplete 14 (without changing anything or altering file locations within Native Access) - Native Access will always tell you what is "installed" and what is "available" (to be installed) from your NI Account.

These "views" of your stuff are available at the top of the NA interface. Click Installed to see what is already installed. Click Available to see what you "could" install. And click All to see everything you own.

Finally - there is no requirement to install the entire Komplete 14 suite. Install whatever you feel you need.

And - be sure you are running the very latest Native Access - v3.13 as of this past week.

Thanks very much VP. I got it working. It is a new computer. It seemed like Native Access could figure out 3rd party libraries that I had. There was an option available with them to quickly access them. That option wasn't available for any of the NI instruments. It seemed like it would download the libraries and then figured out what needed to be replaced. It's great that it deletes the download right after it completes the install. Everything is working now.
