How do presets get analyzed and then mapped to the Preset Explorer? Is it somehow "automatic"? Could the underlying AI technology be applied to future versions of the browsers in Komplete Kontrol 3 and Kontakt 8 by analyzing their NKS preset previews?

Why does NI persist in designing its software so that it can’t be used on their own hardware? The Massive X player relies on an XY pad to really have any effect beyond being a presets browser. Samples from old Absynth versions
I have been using Absynth since the very start - I was a beta tester. I have folders relating to Absynth 2, 3, 4 and 5 that contain Samples. Now that I have Absynth 6, can I trash these folders, or are the samples still needed for old presets?

Prior Absynth Library NKS Presets do not load correctly in Komplete Kontrol v2.9.6
Not that this comes as any surprise but I thought I would mention this. Loaded Absynth 6.01 into KK v2.9.6 and was pleasantly surprised to see the instrument load up and have KK operate normally while scrolling presets etc. I can hear cool previews for ANY preset - including ALL the prior libraries listed under the Banks…

Absynth 6 Preset Browser needs updating
In Komplete Kontrol, you can filter on Sound Type (Bass, Bowed Strings… ). It also haas a Character column where you can filter on attributes of the sound like Bright, Dirty, etc. Absynth 6 has a Type column in the preset list, but it seems to include both Sound Types AND characters - it's a mess. I only see 1438 presets in Kkomplete Kontrol for Absynth, many more in the standalone Absynth
When I open Absynth in Komplete Kontrol, it reports 1438 presets available. When I open Absynth6 directly in Ableton, I see many presets in Absynth that I do not see in Komlete Kontrol. These are the banks reported in KK.

Hi! Does the installation procedure of Absynth 6 automatically find any installed Absynth 5 and its presets? Are the ver5 presets part of the set of presets that come with ver6? Can I manually copy presets from the older version over to the new browser in ver6?
