This is the thing that's missing from Absynth 6 that makes it less flexible than Absynth 5 to use live or within a DAW—no program changes (and no preset lists)!
I have dozens of preset lists for Absynth 5 (also Massive and FM8)—each individual list for an individual project.
They have always made work so much easier and more efficient —no need for multiple instances or bouncing down a preset and then opening a new preset. Just a simple program change via MIDI.
Actually Massive X could use the same feature.
Perhaps there's some technical reason, beyond my feeble intellect, that they can no longer be implemented, but you'd think that if it was possible 10 or 15 years ago it'd be possible today—especially with the very powerful machines we are all using today.
