KONTAKT 6
Hi, I have the full version of KONTAKT 6 for sale; please DM me if interested.
I made a Mac app that fixes the blank and cropped artwork in Kontakt 8's browser
I made a Mac app that fixes the blank and cropped artwork in Kontakt 8's browser Body (one paragraph per line, paste as is or rough it up in your own words first, since polished prose from a first-time poster reads as marketing): I have 220 libraries in Kontakt and a lot of them were showing soft or missing artwork, so I…

Native Access doesn't recognise Kontakt installation
After reinstalling Native Access and updating Mac OS I'm unable to install Kontakt instruments. I tried installing Kontakt 6, 7, and 8 but I always get the same message: Currently no viable version of Kontakt is installed to use … (whatever instrument I'm trying to install) I tried removing all native instrument files from…
Session Percussionist forced DAW sync
Hi, I've tried Session Percussionist for the first time yesterday and while I see a lot of potential it has a major flaw in my opinion. With transport stopped, when you feed midi notes a pattern will start playing from the beginning on note-on. This is pretty much like any other drum sequencer works. With transport…
Feature Request: Select/Load Random Preset Button
It's nothing new: add a button on top or at the bottom of the preset selection tree which triggers the tree to select a random preset. It should be very easy from a programmatical viewpoint. Use your languages random function and tree.select on the range of 0 and tree.length. The advantage on doing it on the tree directly…
Explore Native Instruments products (and NI-compatible third-party ones) with Native DB App
Just to get this out of the way: This app is not vibe-coded or AI-generated. I'm a professional engineer with decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. I'm currently doing a number of small programming projects to broaden my experience with different tools and APIs. I developed a cross-platform open source app…
My installed banks won't open in komplete kontrol 3.4.1
Hello Native Instruments team, I’m experiencing a serious and blocking issue on my new MacBook Pro 14" with the M4 chip, running macOS Sequoia 15.4.1. I have Kontakt 8.3.0, Kontakt 7.10.7, and Komplete Kontrol 3.4.0 installed. Both Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 8 open and function correctly in standalone mode. All my libraries are…
How to Download Komplete Start
Trying to get free Komplete Start but going in circles of web pages. I did make an account. Instructions say: "Install all included products by clicking "Install All" in the “New” tab of Native Access." But the "New" tab of Native Access has no "Install All" button. It just lists the first 20 of 1005 products. The Free tab…
Why is the S88 MK3 limited to -1 Octave? (MK2 could do -2)
I'm really frustrated with a regression in the S88 MK3 design. On the MK2, we could shift down two octaves to reach the low keyswitches (C-2 area) commonly used in libraries like Spitfire and Shreddage. The MK3 has hard-locked the octave down button to -1 only. This makes those keyswitches inaccessible from the hardware.…
Dopamine release - graphic design quality at NI still lacking
Come on NI, where is the graphic design quality control? This looks very third party lower quality and not AAA sample library instrument from Native instruments. Has an educated professional graphic designer made a passthrough on this instrument or did the third party developer do it themselves? I've seen many of the…
Can KSP/scripting cause mem issues and increasing latency when playing?
I had asked questions about this before but never resolved. Im using these instruments again lately; I think I wrote them in 4, ported them into 5 etc 1. When opening the instruments and start playing, all is fine 2. As I play for a while, it starts missing notes, has a weird latency that gets worse and worse until its…
Missing components in WINE?
I know NI doesn't support Linux in any way or form (much to their own detriment really), but could it be possible to at least get to know what components/DLL's/libraries are actually needed to install it? I have managed to install Native Access and can install and even use most of the applications and plugins. But not…
How to organize and search your NI expansions
I posted this on Reddit over a month ago, and totally forgot about the NI community here, sorry yall 😅 So theres two ways you can do this, both I've set up on github: *I'm not allowed to post links here so you'll have to find it on your own unless someone can post it. User: micro-JAY What it does: Searches 150+ tagged…
