Ableton not finding DAW1 in Preferences

S61 Mark 2 works fine in Standalone Mode. sometimes if I get in working in Standalone and then open Live it will show up in Preferences (Daw1) The keyboard will function properly for about 10 seconds and then all screens and buttons go dark. Tried re booting of course. All drivers seem to be there. This is a recent behavior but I cannot remember when it started Thankyou for any help!

    Even if you say “All drivers seem to be there” I would try to reinstall them.

    Sometimes “being there” is not enough, if they are not working correctly.

    In any case, to try to help you understand the ports better:

    KOMPLETE KONTROL - 1 is the USB port

    KOMPLETE KONTROL EXT - 1 is the 5 pin port

    KOMPLETE KONTROL DAW - 1 is for the DAWs integration (play/rec/…)

    Thanks Mate. Well I discovered that these services were not running. Enabling them fixed things. I believe I had CC Cleaner put some stuff to sleep and these were some of them. Windows Services is now my friend!!
