Can I wipe the drive that came with the software production bundle?
I bought the Komplete Ultimate 12 a long time ago and want to wipe the data off from the drive it came with.
Will I lose access to the software if I delete it the copied version from computer as well?
Can I download the same software again, or will I have to buy a new production bundle?

The softwares you own should be in any case available in Native Access, since you registered them. You should not even need the copied version on the computer.
But…Be aware that NI sometimes discontinues some of their products, which could make it difficult to reinstall them, if they will not be “allowed” anymore in NA

Also, if you install from disc you may save some time downloading it again. Generally I would not wipe it, but you may, if you want. But it might be handy in far future, or when selling licence.
For example, I am going to use installation DVDs of Komplete 8 as one of my libraries is not available for download in NA and it is not available for download even on NI web pages. (Few legacy kontakt libraries are downloable from NI web).

Is it possible to authorize that library in NA once installed from dvd?
About downloading again: even if installing from hd/dvd, you’ll have to download from NA updates, since the installer in the hd/dvd will almost surely be an older version

I haven't tried yet, but I expect yes. It is listed in NA2, but it is not possible to download it. There is just Locate. As well as few other NI Kontakt Libraries (also just Locate), but those may be downloaded from NI web, or NI somewhere has presented the link for download.
I speak about old Piano libraries (4 or 5 - web download) and old Drums one (DVD).

Yes, most libraries will have a new version, but usually one downloads just update, that is smaller.
And original HD has the advantage that one does not have to enter the Licence Number. I think.... Small think, but I hate to fill in those random clusters of letters and numbers.
