I hope they didn't get rid of Undo/Redu botton.

Someone said poly AT on reddit, we shall see. There has got to be a selling point compared to MK2.

It says the same as the MKII, Fixed Level, Octave < & Octave. There's a glimpse of it right at the start of the Guitar Rig 7 video.

Fair points guys ... all I'm saying is:
Faders: Yes faders are for volume controls, but personally I'm using them only as Midi CCs actually. and I feel they're sometimes more appropriate than knobs (expression, vibrato, etc...), that’s why I like to have both knobs and faders on a Midi controller. I have other devices for volume control, as I prefer working with motorized faders (Artist Mix, Console 1 Fader)
Pads: Again, I get you points, but personally I use them as keyswitches (barely for playing drum or percussion parts actually); like to trigger specific articulations in Kontakt instruments for instance.
That's where the Novation was a perfect solution for me when I needed a new controller, as this thing is super customizable and fully loaded with great features, and I can even control my external hardware synths, using either midi or CV.
But I'm using Kontakt everyday and hundreds of software instruments; so I was expecting NI to come up with something similar or close enough to the Novation SLMk3, but maybe with more NI ecosystem related stuff in it ... I don't know.
Also, for having tried the Kontrol s61 MK2, I must say I prefer its keybed over Novation's, which feels kinda cheap in comparison to be honest.
Anyway, let's wait and see until the official release announcement; even though there are big chances I'll keep my Novation, but I'm still super curious about this new Komplete Kontrol nevertheless.

I had similar issues with Ableton's new Push 3 controller. Not planning to upgrade my KK A64 either, too expensive to justify, I just love NI stuff. And besides making good music doesn't require all this fancy latest and greatest stuff. We all know this. I'm just excited to see what's changed. What are those LEDs on the multi-directional encoder? Hmmm, Apple announcement on Tuesday 12th now this. NI tells already

True. One of my NI peeves is that Maschine doesn't control (punny) the Komplete Kontrol vst within any other DAW besides the Maschine. On the other hand, all their keyboards control both Maschine and Komplete Kontrol. I don't understand the logic. So the truth is we have to wait and see what's what

Might the LEDs around the multi-directional encoder be a hint that this includes a built-in audio interface? Not that it's necessary

The 88 MK3 should be standalone, screen raised 10 degrees up and ADAT/TOSLINK.
