Native Access app not opening, won't let me log in

I never had any problem before. Suddenly today, I click on the Native access app and it asks me to log in. So I put the information in. Denied. Try again, same. I reset password, same, denied. I thought maybe I wasn't sign up like I though I was (you know, desperate ideas), clicked to sign up... guess what, "You've already got an account". Okay. So it endlessly will not accept my login. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm stuck and can't do what I need to do in Logic until I get into Native Access. Thank you.
