When is the best time to purchase a product? End of the year or summer?

I am looking to purchase a MIDI keyboard but am waiting for the best sale price. Just want to know when I can expect to make a purchase...

    Nothing is ever certain and honestly, the hardware doesn't see many sales from NI direct, usually a retailer is best for a good sale and I would expect they would happen at the usual times they do, Black Friday, New Years, Holidays etc.
