K14 Standard and Plugin Alliance Voucher

I upgraded from K14 Select to Standard and one of the benefits of Standard is the "1x Plugin Alliance Voucher." How do I get access to this voucher? Or, with the just announced integration of the PA into the NI family, is this a moot point?

    You should receive a separate email containing the voucher. It may take a while for it to show up.

    As for PA, it will continue to be a separate marketplace (as written in the blog post) and thus your voucher won't be rendered pointless.

    I received the invoice for my K14 Standard upgrade but there is no PA voucher number on it. I've also installed the PA Installation Manager and downloaded bx_oberhausen; bx_crispytuner and LO-FI-AF. They appeared to install correctly but when I try to open in KK, it's showing that I only have a 14 day license. I've not clicked "activate" yet since I want to wait until this is sorted.

    Thanks Jeremy. I did just hear back and they were able to provide the voucher.

    Hey @Jeremy_NI , I also did the Komplete 14 standard upgrade but didn't receive the pa voucher. The installation of bx_crispytuner etc worked fine though. - I've contacted support three weeks ago, but didn't receive an answer yet. Could you help me?

    Dear Customer,

     apologies, we had a technical issue causing a delay in our voucher emails for the past 7 days.

    The problem is now fixed, and you should have received your voucher in the meantime. Please also check your spam folder

     Due to the huge number of requests regarding this issue, we had to create an automated email for everyone who got in touch about this. Please only reply in case you still have any issues.

    So the problem ought to have been fixed by now so if you didn't get any email on the subject (including check in spam folder) then yes , you probably ought to contact support !
