What software needed after purchasing used Hardware?

Im selling my slightly used Maschine Jam, K Kontrol M32, and Komplete Audio 1.

I realize I need to transfer ownership, serials, and they need to register these. But, It seems they will have to purchase a basic Maschine/ Komplete Kontrol starter bundle? Or, is there something free they can download in order to use these items?

I want to be transparent and advertise the hidden costs.

    Once you give them the new serials NI will give you, the bundled software will also be given to them.

    BTW: what’s the price? 😉
