How do I access my instruments in Maschine Mikro?

I am able to upload the drum kits and play them on the pads but all other instruments are not working. It says, “Reaktor could not be loaded” or “Monark could not be loaded”. Meanwhile I have already installed these softwares. Been trying to get this to work for hours and days now. Extremely frustrated and would appreciate some help and support! Thanks

instrument could not be loaded” (not just Reaktor or Monark, but any instrument), means 2 things:

1- you don't have those instruments installed - but, you said that you installed them, so,

2- it should be a conflict of versions, such as you installed the VST2 version instead of the VST3 (or vise-versa). If you have a Reaktor version below 6.5 the versions are still not migrate (means, that you need the vst2 version to play presets made by the vst2 version and, vst3 version for the vst3-made presets).

On each of the above cases the instrument can not be loaded thus you get those error messages. If this is the case you can either install both versions, either upgrade to Reaktor 6.5

Hey Sunborn. I am pretty sure I had the demo version of Reaktor 6 installed when I did this though now I see that it is showing an issue with this installation. I have tried things and moved them around and now am even having trouble accessing the the drum samples I had access to before. Do you know of a way to contact customer support?

Hey again Sunborn. Appreciate your prompt responses. Do you work with native instruments or are you just a user? I have submitted a message 2 days ago and still have not received a response from them other than the auto response. I just submitted another as now a new problem has emerged. I am very eager to to start to use the product as it looks appealing and like it can add a lot to my work flow but I have been going back and forth trying to fix this over 2 days and have spent countless hours on it. It is to the point where I might just return the product and call it a day after much frustration. Is there any other mechanism of help that I can receive.

    Neither! :-)

I do not work for Native Instruments or any one else. But also I am not "just a user". (i emphasized "not" in both cases). 😉

Anyway... from what i know and from what i saw in the past here, Support may take many days to answer to you. Not because they ignore you, but because there are other cases before yours and it is just a small group of people not a multi-national super-corporation with thousands of employees...
