I do not know.... I do not have any flickering even for playlist containing 600 tracks. The both, not sorted and sorted....
I am on Win, intel i5 (4C/8T), not very strong, passively cooled tablet (2in1)...

What gear do you have connected?

Right now nothing. Normally S5. Do you think flickering is caused by HW controllers used?
But still, I make preparation without an controller, anyway. Do it mostly on my "tablet".

The more I/O data traktor has to send/receive through connections to controllers, the greater the data lag causing the flicker issue, so a pretty strong empirical yes. Prepping without devices connected is definitely snappier.

They said that they will make a statement soon... they will tell us what is causing it :) but not that they will fix it at some point...

If I understood it correct, it will be fixed with the browser HiDPI rework, which is on the roadmap. Sadly if you extrapolate the current development speed it might take months :(

I solved this flickering problem and many other problems very quickly. i switched to djay pro. 😌

They made a dedicated item on the roadmap for this. But uhh, they kinda stopped developing the software.
But they are hiring devs. Soooo .. maybe?
