Traktor pro 3 version 3.8.0 not starting

When I try to open Traktor pro 3, I get this message,

Has anyone else had this issue? Can someone help me resolve this please?

    Update on behalf of the OP: Resetting the MacBook helps resolve the issue.

    I’ll try with one of support’s most typical suggestions: did you give full disk access to T3?

    Yeah, I’ve given it full access but still doesn’t open

    You might check Activity Monitor and see if there's a lingering Traktor process that is locking the log file. Although I'd be surprised if it would try to re-open if that were the case. Might try a restart if you haven't already - again in case some process is locking for some reason.
