Komplete Kontrol Mk2 S series light guide problem

Hi,

I've just noticed that the 2 left-most keyboard light guide LEDs on my S49 are not working. All the others are fine.

Anybody seen this before and have a fix, or is it simply a hardware fault?

  Just reporting back - it was indeed a hardware issue. I RMA'd it with the retailer and was repaired at a UK service centre

  Is this true if you have it turned on but not connected to anything? Libraries are able to defeat those keys and sometimes do if you have them loaded.

  Yeah, it's the same if I select a full range instrument and they're not lit when using instruments with C0, C#0 keyswitches either. I've also tried Vegas mode and they don't light. It's just the C and C# keys.
