played status is not woking - Traktor Pro 3

hi, guys.

I need help... my Traktor Pro 3 's played status is not working.

already checked transport and play count, even if I set play count to 0 sec. it doesn't show played checkmark in brawse. also last played is not working.


I checked as much as information that I can reach but couldn't find the way.

please help me!

    Hey! Could you possibily send a video over so we can take a closer look at what might be happening? Please play at least 1 or 2 tracks (A/B decks) and let each track play for at least 30 seconds.
