Setting the cue point off the grid lines??

ive been just re-visiting traktor3 and wondering how does one set the Cue point so that it is not on the grid lines

i suspect theres a way...

as i can move the loop in point off grid..

but the cue points always tend to fall on the gridlines

any settings i need to change to make this happen?

    Deactivate SNAP.
