How do I "force" analyze a stem file?

I recently purchased stem files from juno download that will not analyze or load into the stem deck. HELP

    Did you put it into itunes/music folder before you imported to Traktor?

    No. I dont use iTunes. I unzipped it to my stems folder along with others, and this is the only one that wont scan or analyze. I hate to waste $3 and let it slide. Someone needs to know it happened or a solution.

    That is very strange, I'll get back to you if i think of anything useful to solve your issue.

    Are you on a mac or pc ? if you're on a mac check the info of the file and see if something isn't right for example that juno has sold you the wrong MPEG-4 encoded format for traktor etc
