Graphics not showing in komplete kontrol browser for VSTi...Why?

When I browse my User library in Komplete Kontrol there are some VSTi's that have no graphics. Why is that so? I have all the images for NKS on a local drive along with the presets and previews. Do I need to have the images on the C: drive in the NKS directory for them to show in Komplete Kontrol?

Thank you. I resolved it. I didn't have the images up on my C:/ drive in NKS Resources directory.
