Error downloading Traktor software, any tips?

Hello, I am having difficulties downloading traktor 2 & 3 software on my MacBook Air Sierra, It goes straight to downloading and then will finish and pop up saying 'error occurred while downloading'. I have taken down my firewall to try to help and tried a couple other things. But nothing seems to be working... Please help!
