Hooking up my F1's to Ableton Live

I tried the way NI described on her website how to asign faders to Ableton Live 11 . I checked and double checked the preferences-tab in Ableton, but somehow it doesnt asign any CC-notes! Im using the free trial by the way. As far as i know or googled ;-) midi-mapping should work as well in the free trial. Tried it one F1 at a time.... also checked different settings, but still no luck!

    Need more info but if you are with a PC make sure all other MIDI capable applications are closed except for Ableton and Controller Editor.
