Upgraded to Kontakt 7 - The UI is just black... any thoughts?

Thank you in advance for any assistance in this matter,

I just updated my Kontakt to 7 and I now only have a black screen within the UI.

I've updated my GPU Drivers, thinking it may have been an Open GL however, these are the same requirements as Native Access, and that appears to be working fine. I've re-installed the a second time and still the same issue.

Does dxdiag say you have Feature Level 11_1? This is what is required to run Kontakt 7.

This article explains how to check to make sure that the proper Direct 3D driver is Loaded/Supported by your Graphics card… apologies if you already tried this, but you did not mention it…

Any suggestions for a Windows 10 GPU that can handle Feature Level 11_1 and not very expensive? I'm running a Windows "slave" computer to house my sample libraries with a very basic GPU and ran into the same black screen issue when upgrading to Kontakt 7. I wasn't planning on spending a bunch of money to upgrade but need it now. Thanks!

I'm in the U.S. and I have been looking on Facebook Market Place in hopes that a cheap GPU would come along. Seems these days, people just want to get as much money back on their GPU's. I'm so disappointed in a lot of the prices. I'm an nVidia fan and own a lot of cards that are designated for my 3D Rendering work however, I'm considering making a huge leap and buy RTX4090 and pull one of my older cards out just to run Kontakt. The nVidia cards that are in the GTX Series from 1060 on up will support the 11_1 Feature Level. You should be able to find a GTX 1060 thru to 1080 for about $100.00 to $150.00 used. That is of 11/11/2022.
